Description

There mattresses in the yard. They now have scattered toys and debris, a junk car and they now added a futon. They are continuing to add trash to the front yard, none of it is curbside. The leave their trash can in the street. The front of their yard is a health and safety hazard. It's been like this for several weeks and each time I pass, they've left more debris in the yard. They had two cars on blocks now there's one. It needs to be taken care of ASAP.
