Description
The grass is overgrown and a large tree is down in the yard. I walked up to the house after the storm last week when the tree fell, to see if anything was broken and there is a strong odor coming from the house.
The property owner does not take care of the home and it makes the neighborhood look bad. There is a broken rail at the front of the house where the upstairs porch is and part of the roof is sticking out. The house does not appear to be safe.
