Please call Councilwoman Cohen's office at 832-393-3004 and ask for Valerie Luna-Pena to report this nuisance. She is investigating with the bridge section and will add your report to the case. I have provided the additional tickets reported in the 'Add to dictionary' system but she needs neighbors to call in directly to report the issue. I was able to call directly with no hold times.
