sidewalk repair near water main. Please see the attached image. It shows a sidewalk has sank in the ground due to water seeping under the concrete near a water main. Please see the white drain cleanout in the photo. According to my plumber the city's cleanout is not attached properly to your city drain and dirt can wash into the main line causing the sidewalk to sink. Please repair the drain the sidewalk near the water main.
