How was the illegally dumped "piano under the freeway" permitted by the City??? Also what were your expectations? The City of Oakland currently is not enforcing its own laws on illegal dumping, spray vandalism, vandalism, tagging, littering and illegal encampments ect. The only enforcement is if someone from the public is willing to file a civil complaint against the person breaking the law with the Law Corps in the City Attorneys Office. Very few have the time or inclination to go though that process.
