Description

The sanitation department needs to train the garbage truck drivers on street manners and how they should not be blocking the streets. This morning one garbage truck and a COH pickup truck was parked side by side almost blocking the street. I had to squeeze my vehicle between the two trucks. No one was in the pickup truck and I could not see if any one was in the garbage truck, so I blew my horn to let the know that I was passing between them. The driver in the garbage truck just "sat down" on his horn then got out of the vehicle and started screaming at me. These people need to remember that they are the employees of the residence of the COH and they work for us. This is the second time in three weeks that rude COH garbage trucks drivers have block the street and threaten me. This is nothing but poor management and not training the drivers.
