Description

My neighbor's fence has been falling down into my yard for almost 6 months now and he has not fixed it. I have three children and three dogs all of whom could be at risk for injury due to this negligence.

The renters of the property are very nice, but the owner has always refused to do any repairs and therefore has to find new renters frequently.

Please make him fix his fence. Because he is an attorney he threatens and bullies anyone that tries to hold him accountable for anything.
