Description
West 15th at North Durham is a two way street yet it has a stop sign on the wrong side of the road when going west and going east. When it would only be there if you are in a one way street. See photo.

Work Order Completed in Infor by 114997 on 2016-08-08T15:14:42.000-05:00 with comments - OBSERVATION: A field study was conducted in reference to removing extra Stop signs: 1500 W. 15th St. (W&E) controlled @ 1400 N. Durham St. (S/B) uncontrolled. Both streets are asphalt paved, sidewalks, drained gutters, curbs, residential & business area. During my initial investigation, traveling W/E bound on W. 15th St. both sides of 1400-1500 W. 15th St. @ 1400-1500 N. Durham St. has two (2) Stop signs on the N/S of the street. The customer stated the signs are confusing because the two stop signs make a customer think that W. 15th St. is a one-way when it is a two-way street. I observed no safety no mobility issues at this location. This request was call into 311 by a concern citizen. No action taken at this time.
