Description

This neighbor has over a dozen cats which are frequently multiplying. They are in all of the adjoining neighbors yards and urinating in my breezeway causing flies and odors. We cannot even keep a doormat there because they urinate on it. As well as fecal matter in our gardens...eating our birds too. We all have been extremely upset about this for years and nothing seems to be done. We gave up on Animal Control...as much as they did want to help. Also all of their food bowls are left out in the driveway which attracts other rodents... :(
