It would be great if the city acknowledged this vehicle. There is something very suspicious about it. For the longest time it had faded dealer plates and an expired registration. Now it appears that the VIN doesn't match the new plates?? VERY SUSPIOUS. Please do something!

Pretty obvious it's owned by a dwi offender who hasn't paid the fees I.e. debt to society. Based on the front bumper damage I'm hoping they didn't hurt anybody. I have to pay $300 a year for tabs. Why don't they? Because Minneapolis is too big to bother with this type of offense?

The permit that was removed was dated 9/2013.
Fail. Try again. THEY HAVE DRIVEN IT WITHOUT PLATES FOR OVER A YEAR!

What clues lead you to believe the permit dated 2013 was RECENTLY removed? Tape residue somehow looked fresh?

Caked on in the sun baked for three years..... "recently".
