Description

Large crew of homeless. Tents , 2 barbecues actively cooking food in the street. Bikes and other large storage containers. Lots of drug use with this crew. Today a women was in the middle of traffic hitting the hoods of cars and screaming violently. Half on west side of 9th at natoma and other half are on north east corner of natoma at 9th. They have been in the area for over 3 weeks now.
