Ms. Elliott,
I reported this streetlight outage based on the pole number you gave me (15021). In researching the reason why the light was not repaired, our GIS people are showing that the pole at 102 Portico Place is actually pole number #132598. Could you please confirm which number is correct. If we don't provide the correct information, EMC will not be able to make the repair as they use the pole numbers to dispatch their maintenance workers.
Thanks for your assistance. Once you have confirmed which number is correct, I will report it again to EMC. Please note that once the light has been reported it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the repair to be made. If it is not repaired at the end of that time frame. Please contact the City so that I can recontact EMC.

I have reported pole number #150217 which is located on Corbel Way. Hopefully, this is the pole and they can get it repaired. It should take 5 to 7 business days.
