This year the curbs were replaced on the east side of Prospect Street between Highland and Canner, but NOT the west side of the street. That makes no sense. The curbs on the west side are where people actually park.Those curbs and sidewalks are in really bad shape. There are almost no curbs at all on the west side of the street. The sidewalks along Highland between Prospect and Mansfield are also, treacherous...They have been reported many, many times and yet the City ignores these complaints and spends money, fixing the side of the street that isn't so bad and has nothing to do with pedestrian traffic. Why?
