i think the storm drains need a cleanup. a quick rain storm came and went and it is still overflowing. im gueasing it may have a clog. the amount of rain we got wasnt that bad you'd not expect it to overflow like that.... plus if such a small storm overflows it then whats the pupose of even having it...
