You see trash and you think the "neighbors" don't care? How condensing! I photodocument this corner DAILY and have spent dozens of hours at City Council Mtg trying to get attention to this area. The only reason I no longer use this app is because it does not work! They do not respond in a timely manner. And sometimes they just dump the complaint without action. It sucks you think poorly of your neighbors due to the fact the city has totally abandoned this neighborhood. You must be "new".

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 08/16/2016, service request #670207.
