Description

Notice half full beer bottles on the garbage cans. This is the result of a a gang of people of last night July 22 at around midnight coming into the alley in back of 840 west 33rd street, 1 large dark blue SUV and one silver 4 door sedan type car. Two people one female one male left the car to walk south down the alley. Within 20 min the silver car left and came back again banging into garbage cans and fences. Loud talking was heard. These people are obviously drinking and driving must likely with open beer bottles in the car. This parking lot is for the senior citizens and their guests. These people are neither. They still hang it at 840 west 33rd street. IF the CHA would remove the shrubbery that is the nearest to 840 and that corner that they like to party in and I mean completely remove it from that corner end then it would be open and deter them from hanging there. This way a police car making rounds in the alley behind Lituanica would see the goings on happening in the alley. 911 was notified about the incident.
