Description

Homeless beggers on the intersection of Douglas Road and on the intersection of University Drive and Pembroke Road. Im not sure how this is regulated by the City of Pembroke Pines and Miramar because i believe these areas are bordering both cities. There seems to be more homeless on our corners as time goes by. Some are the same people day to day, but I'm starting to see new faces. I believe this is a sensitive issue, but does need to be addressed if either city is attempting to hold up a certain image.
