Description

Tree root has caused undulations in road surface which cannot be seen clearly as it is in the shade of the tree. Area has been marked in red and yellow but still not clearly visible. I went over it on my bicycle and crashed. This needs to be fixed

I did check the area from 350-500 Walnut Ave and didn't find it. It's not at 400 Walnut Ave. Any chance you can get a more exact address? Thanks

Saw it at Walnut Ave. and Autumn Dr. intersection, N. side of the street. It is marked, there are some small undulations. Checking with street department.
