Description

Suggestion: install a sign at the intersection of 1st and Charles St instructing those coming from Cambridgeside Pl to "proceed with caution on flashing yellow arrows". Drivers here are often confused since there's no green light, just flashing yellow arrows. They sometimes sit through a whole light cycle trying to figure out what to do and traffic is held up. Out of towners seem most confused.
