Thank you Shawn and Julie for looking into this. I totally understand that it is in a private community, but it has been like this for a very long time (about 8 years). If you look on bcpa.net they use to have a section you can look back at satellite pictures through the years. It has been black for a long time. So yes we are a private community, but we should all still have standards as residents of Pembroke Pines, so I hope you are able to force the owners to clean their room by sending them a NOV. Thank you for your time.

Code Officer Spotts did address this issue & started Code Case #85305 on 7/27/16. Upon re-inspection on 8/27/16, the roof was found to be in compliance (*See Attached Picture*). If the roof is in need of being pressure cleaned again, please submit a new SeeClickFix request or contact our office at (954)431-4466. Thank you! -jal
