It's to late to give description of vehicle. What good is having parking authority if there number is disconnected. After trying to reach someone and no one from parking authority answered I called police. They sent someone to check electric bucket truck parked on sidewalk for over four hours. The parking authority guy came and I stopped him. He said the electrician is leaving in ten minutes. The parking authority guy said he'd be back. Well he didn't. The truck stayed another hour. No tickets no fines. I took pictures. They were on sidewalk with no cop. Only residents and taxpayers are abused. Contractors aren't. Check sixth street out everyday cars on sidewalk between division and Brunswick on sixth. Why are they ignored. Why don't you ring my bell and ask me to move my car so I won't be ticketed. The people you have working for parking authority play favorites. I am reporting this to the women who is in charge of parking authority. PA man was in the house talking for awhile. Did not stay and make him move.
