Description
Dirt and stone washing out of parking lot onto sidewalk of adjacent properties. Sloped parking lot that is not paved and does not have drainage. Runoff goes out onto sidewalk and down in front of all adjacent properties, dumping stone and dirt several properties away. This is a major ice issue in winter, too.
