It is a site for gang members to hang out and Drug deals and the porta potty on that property is used to stash narcotics and for the drug dealers to have somewhere to use the toilet outside. There's no permit for that toilet and it needs to be removed and their needs to be additional police patrols in the neighborhood for the drug activity. This property is owned by Lawrence K. Gosha.
