Description

The property owners of 223 Newport Avenue have been placing trash out on both Newport Ave and North Central St because they live on the corner of both streets. However apparently they've been throwing away a large amount of construction debris for the city trash to remove rather than paying for removal or taking it to the Braintree facility like everyone else. The first few times the city trash removal team picked it up. But week after week they place out more and I think the guys that come around each week are fed up with it because this time they didn't take it. I remember that this house is the same one that some else reported where they left out a used toilet for trash removal. Eventually, it got picked up when they placed it in a large black trash bag in a weak attempt to hide the fact that it's a toilet. Although, it did work and it was removed. Not a bad idea... I guess they feel that the taxes they pay should entitle them to throw away anything they want.
