I have reported the street light outage to Nashville Tennesse Power Company. Please be sure to mark the pole by wrapping and tieing some ribbon or colored electrical tape so that is visible to see for service men so when they come out to make repairs they will know which light is out since they be working on it during the day when all the lights are turned off.
