Oakland issue stay away orders to the homeless. There should be no camping in any park in this city. This is a public place that people should be able to enjoy. It's not for camping, we all know what's going into the lake because there are no toilets, it's unacceptable

72hr notice, offer help, they decline it, than issue a stay away order, that they can not continue camping in a public park. What's the problem
