Description

garbage that smells like something died, by one of the apartment back door...has been there for weeks or maybe months...needs to be addressed fast or the rats/bugs/ or any other critters will have a feast...I know this is not healthy or safe for the community...Yarmouth is a beautiful place to live but I would not want to live around trash that has been there for many months....
