Neighbor is claiming that resident is blocking his driveway when he is parked in his own driveway. Parking Authority has been called, and he has gotten many tickets because the PCE told him that he was a few inches over the line onto the sidewalk. Meanwhile he has taken photos of several other neighbors in the area were blatantly blocking the entire sidewalk.
Neighbor is harassing him because they claim that he is Muslim. Neighbor has been convicted three times of harassment to this family and yet they continue to do it and parking code enforcement continues to help them by issuing tickets.
