Description
Just like last year someone thinks this condition is acceptable as rental property with children under six residing in this dump.
Some needs to get serious about conditions like this. City of Champions, really? More like City of Chumps for having, so called leaders and officials allow conditions like this to exist.

People who rent their home have every right to live in a clean, neat environment. It is unacceptable that these conditions are allowed to
exist unchecked. Driving up and down Montello St. there are many properties in similar condition. City of Champions??

In addition, "Cars Repair Shop" are popping up all over the place, even in residential neighborhoods. You asked yourself: why would the city allowed a car repair shop to be placed in a residential neighborhood? the answer is simple "Greed".
I voted for major Carpenter, because I believe in him, but now, I don't even know what I believe in anymore.

ANYONE WHO PAYS RENT SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH COMMON SENSE TO CLEAN THE OUTSIDE OF THEIR RENTED HOME AS WELL AS THE INSIDE.
THE OUTSIDE CONDITIONS SHOW HOW PEOPLE LIVE INSIDE THEIR HOUSE.
