The first light on the right when you enter the subdivision from Fate Conn turns on and off as a car approaches. Further in on the right the last 2 lights near addressees 188 Fred Bishop are out. I also noticed where the emergency generators are for the sewage pumps are both lights are out as well as the first one on bluffs pkwy at the bottom of the hill right there it is very dark there.
