Description

This car is parked at a minimum of 3 times a week during the morning rush hour in a No Parking Zone. It has never been ticketed. How can that be? Would appreciate acknowledgement that the car has been ticketed ... NOT this canned reply "This service request has been marked as resolved." You have my contact info. Thank you.
