The trash, the smell, the noise, the stuff torn off the outside of the house, the constant traffic of people in and out of that house, the small children running everywhere unsupervised while the "adults" conduct their "business". The amount of illegal and just plain morally wrong going on at 905 Seymour, it's disgusting.

Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on July 21st. The owner is given seven days to comply and at the end of the seven days Code Compliance will reinspect. If this is not taken care the City will have their contractor do so and the property owner will be billed for the work.
