A. There are always cars packed on the sidewalk (infinit and mercedes). I understand they might be having parking issues but it's everyday I see these cars. Is this allowed?

I see the car everyday during the week. Morning (8:30AM) and the afternoon (5PM). Are you sure the parking enforcement looked at the proper sidewalk? It's on Newark Avenue across for the Firehouse.
Even though A&L Auto Body's physical address is on 390 5th Street they park the BMW and Infiniti on Newark Avenue an high traffic street. I can take pictures again to prove it if you'd like.
