Description
Westbound lane on Millbrook road the pavement layers have pulled up. It has progressively gotten worse and bad enough that cars sometimes have to change lanes abruptly. This has been an issue in this area before the road was repaved. The newest paving did not hold up as long as the older road. What will it take to get this repaired?

I have reported this to the DOT for more than a full year. They have ignored me except for 5 "auto response" messages. They all just say this, and then zero follow up and zero work on the road. It's getting dangerous.

Someone else wrote this to me, so it may be of help.
Crystal, there's an issue that I've reported to the DOT for the last 3 years and I never got a reply. You're doing something right if you're getting one in just a few months!!
However, what I discovered a few weeks ago is that there is a phone number. If you call DOT customer service, they give you a phone number of potholes. Then that person gives you a phone number for Wake County. Then that person gives you a phone number for Wake County potholes. There may be a few more steps I left out, because I spent about 45 minutes on the phone calling one office after the next...
I finally got to 919-733-4768. Call that and someone will *apparently* submit your request to the actual repair team.
