I've lived at 942 Byrne for 3.5 years through lots of rainstorms. Last years Memorial Day flood did not cause the street to cover with water. For the last 3 months with a short heavy rain (like yesterday) the water is backing up past my house and even my east neighbors. My drains are not draining and water is backing up in my backyard. Can you check the storm sewers at both ends of our street and see if there is a blockage? There is no new construction , nothing has changed except the neighbor two doors down who put in gutters and a drain to the front. Not sure if it was permitted. We need the water to drain faster or our homes will be flooding. Again. This is a new issue only the last few months. Thank you
