This mess has been there for over a week and is getting worse as drivers hit the bags and split them open. The city has been very slow lately in picking up the illegal dumping. I don't know what is going on..

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 07/25/2016, service request #668990.

They finally, finally cleaned up most of this mess. I will go and clean up what they left behind at the dump site and across Skyline. This took so long!
