Description

This alley is in very poor shape. Has been patched now and again over the years, but poorly, Currently has several deep potholes and broken away areas and rebar showing. Small children live along this alley and could hurt themselves on the rebar. It's very hard to even walk down this alley, much less bike, skateboard, or even drive a car going toward 19th Av E.
Please repair it properly, not just some bitumen patch that the first snowplow will scrape up as has happened previously.
