Description
This young lady says, her car was ticketed and towed on NORTH ST. between KENNEDY BLVD. & SUMMIT AVE. She said her car was parked near a fire hydrant and one of the PARKING AUTHORITY OFFICERS had the car ticketed and towed.
She said she could understand the ticketing of the car, but not the towing too. She came to this office to see if we could help her get the car out of the car pound at GXR on East Linden Ave.
