Description

There are at least 6 large black plastic garbage bags filled with garbage as well as a blue plastic container filled with garbage that has been dumped on Rettig St., about 60 feet inside/beyond the removable barriers on the east side of the creek (cross street is Jordan). There are no houses to give you an address, so start at Rettig and Jordan, face southwest and you will see the removable barriers; continue walking about 60 feet beyond the barriers and you'll see the huge pile of bags of garbage.
