Description

In paving our road the city of Brookhaven scraped and paved over the bump that the County of Dekalb put in to stop the river between mine and my neighbors yard wheb it rained. Now we have a storm the same week the road was paved and we have water again in our driveway. Someone needs to immediately address this issue as it was fixed by Dekalb County prior to us becoming a city.
