The owner of Medallion Homes Carlos Beriff is not an intelligent person or he would never have purchased the property as it is destined to FAIL! Now he has shown his lack of knowledge in zoning by putting horses on a portion of the golf course! If he doesn't maintain the property by cutting the lawn he will also violate code' Slap him along side of his head and WAKE HIM UP! I am thoroughly disgusted with our commissioners as they voted YES to this rezone! NOW THIS! What next cattle will be put on the land to eat the grass?!?
