Description

Briarcliff from Twin Pines to roughly Walls, and then just past Jackson Springs all the way to Clinton. Also someone has been taking shopping carts from Dollar General and Kroger and abandoned them on side Clinton Side of Briarcliff. I almost hit a cart that was partially in the road on 7/12
