Description

The sidewalks have either settled or raised do to tree roots or natural settling do to the age of the sidewalks. Too many uneven spots to list addresses. Some areas have 2" inches or more difference between sections. We have seen children fall on their bikes, skateboards and scooters and some residences have tripedp and fell because of these sections. The HOA will be notified and I will ask for a petition to be circulated and submitted to the Village Board. No repairs have ever taken place on these sidewalks since they were installed in 1994 through 1996. This will act as notice to the Village in regards to these following sidewalk hazards.
