Back Parking lot of Buena Vista Elem School. Nearest gate entrance into the school then aprox 5 parking stalls out, against the back fence up against a shrub, someone dumped a few pieces of cut up tree trunk and what looks like a wire rack from a refrigerator. Its been there since school has let out. I figured the janitor (maintenance engineer) might have seen it by now.
