Is there a reason for delay in fixing this?

Today is Oct 12, almost 3 months since I reported this. It is STILL out. I have 3 tickets on it now, and STILL an issue. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in Brockton ClickFix

Is there ever going to be any feedback on this? Very, very disappointed in city of Brockton Click Fix....

Thank you for fixing, but you should apologize for the delays and your reluctance to respond to my tickets. It is unacceptable that it took this long to fix and you did not reply to tickets, comments or emails on this. I'm very disappointed in the Highway dept.
