Description

A right turn lane should be added for vista terrace, when heading on fountain towards downtown. There are two lights at this intersection, and the street is wide enough to accommodate an additional lane. By only having one lane there is unnecessary traffic back ups and confusion due to the second light, and lane added after vista terrace.
