Description
This property leaves their Green, Black and Blue waste receptacle can on the street 24/7. I have talked twice the the husband and once to the wife. They are not from this country so don't understand we like clean neighborhoods. With the new parking congestion by the Rehab center on the block and their employees parking their cars on the street all spaces are needed. Besides it makes the area look trashy. Lawn sometimes mowed.

When I move here 21 years ago this was a nice clean neighborhood. Now it is getting more trashy. Looking like a parking lot slum. Neighborhood not maintained and business employes parking on the residential street. Also, I am guessing, with the change on 145th NE widening more traffic will use this residential street (last count was 816 cars/day) to go around the traffic light at 145th & LCW. Soon light rail commuter might park in the neighborhoods to catch a bus to the station at I-5 & 145th NE. I don't think this is fare to the property owners who bought here to have a little slice of neighborhoods in America.
