For some unexplained reason, this property owner has been treated with "kid gloves" by the officials with the power to reign in this "Slumlord!" This property has been in this retched condition for years and the owner has clearly displayed that he has Zero pride or consideration for the appearance property or its negative affect on his neighbors or the community. Its bad enough that this section of Nilsson Street is in desperate need of repaving, this property is a disgrace.

I will be forwarding the roof collapsing and fence to the building dept. was as this is a structural issues

only one unregistered vehicle on the property was red tagged with 72 hrs police tow as a junk non operable car was located in fenced area behind garage.

Can anyone explain to me, with a straight face, why this property hasn't been properly attended to, since the original complaints were issued? There are tall weeds, of every variety, entangle with various forms of trash and litter, taking over the majority of existing "green space," including the Nilsson St. side with the unauthorized parking space. Why are City Officials so impotent and ineffective in Brockton?

The lack of resolution of so many unmaintained property issue breeds apathy and additional neglect. People feel powerless over these conditions.
