Description

the timing of the light at Binney and first has changed so that those turning left from memorial drive which is a very large number of people, are now unable to turn left because they will block the intersection as the small area from 1st to memorial only holds a small number of cars and that light at binney and 1st is red when they turn now. This forces many cars to wait through multiple light cycles or blocking the intersection. This timing has been fine for the last year and all of a sudden it is no longer okay. Can this please be changed back to the way it was? IT worked out better for all before. Thanks

Just an update, this is still a problem causing a lot of unnecessary traffic down Memorial drive in both directions at the Binney Street intersection. The Binney street light needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

This is still a huge problem. See picture I attached with cars blocking the intersection because the light is red for too long at 1st and Binney :(

It seems it is not fixed yet :(
Please see photo capturing the same problem. Hopefully it can go back to the timing it used to be back in the first part of this year. The traffic is backed up in both directions on memorial due to the timing of this light. A small issue causing a big problem :(

I took a look at this again and there were some offsets I forgot to adjust but I've fixed them. Please let me know if this is still an issue. Can you also tell me the time of day you've noticed the problem and the direction of travel you're heading? Thank you.

Sure, I am usually at the intersection between 8:45 and 9am. I have been doing this for over a year and noticed the change about a month or two ago. I travel from mass ave down memorial towards Binney however, I notice that the other side traveling from 93 to Binney is also backed up due to the light at 1st and Binney.
