This is the 3000 block of Garland ave. there are seven vacant houses on this block. half of them are are open and used by homeless drug addicts. we should all be worried.

Oh I agree 100% and they should all be sighted by city zoning, code enforcement, and posted as unlivable. I rode down the block and it is a cesspool beyond belief. I live quite near and to allow this to continue is high risk.
